O. Fournier’s second label, B Crux wines are named after the stars of the Southern Cross, a constellation only visible in the Austral Hemisphere.

Vinification details

Harvest began at the beginning of February, harvested by hand by O. Fournier’s own workers. Clusters were then selected at the winery and sorted twice by hand. Fermentation took place for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, with cold maceration for 8 hours between 6° and 8°C, after which time the wine was filtered and bottled.
