The Austrian Attack is a famous chess opening that establishes a wide pawn centre early in the game and is seen as a direct charge against the opponent's King.

This wine has a delicate bouquet of blossom and citrus with hints of ripe yellow apple and white pepper. Flavours of peach, white nectarine and spice complement a slightly textural wine with tightly-woven acidity and a dry, refreshing mineral finish.
