A blend of three varieties (Tempranillo, Sangiovese and Shiraz) The Pawn Wine Co. have taken the finest characteristics of each to craft a 'mouth-filling textural flavour bomb'.

A medium-bodied, mouth-filling wine. Sangiovese brings aromatics of cherry cola and raspberry, with fine tannins on the palate; Tempranillo adds a perfumed lift and spicy richness; while Shiraz delivers deep colour, berry fruits, pepper and velvety tannins. A blend of 33% Sangiovese, 33% Tempranillo and 33% Shiraz.

Vintage conditions

A dry start to the year, followed by inclement weather at flowering, resulted in lower than average yields. The lighter crops fast tracked vintage and resulted in incredible colour and vibrant fruit expression.
